We take great pride in providing high-quality, ethically grown and sustainably sourced Ceylon Cinnamon and Ceylon Pepper to customers both locally and internationally. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to handle all refund or return concerns professionally and fairly.
1. Returns and Refund Eligibility
We accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Clear photographic evidence is provided of the damaged or incorrect product.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used products (e.g., opened spice packets)
- Personalized orders (e.g., products shipped with greeting cards)
- Items returned without prior approval from our support team
2. Return Process
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Please contact our support team at andawalaestate@gmail.com / (+94) 770 486 435 within 7 days.
- Include your order number and photos of the item(s) and packaging.
- Our team will review the case and respond within 2–3 business days.
If a return is authorized:
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping instructions will be provided.
- In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.
3. Refunds
Once your return or issue is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
In some cases, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit for future purchases
4. Shipping & International Orders
We currently ship both locally within Sri Lanka and internationally (e.g., to Australia).
Refunds and returns for international shipments will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering customs, shipping delays, and product type.
